By booking with us, you agree to the following:

All deposits are final and non-refundable

Payment is due at the completion and satisfaction of the job completed. Failure to pay will result in further legal action.

We are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle that are damaged or lost as we ask that all items be removed prior to the service.

If the customer is not present/in contact with us 15 minutes after the appointment is scheduled to begin, we will have to reschedule for another day

We will be taking pictures/videos of the vehicle to document on our social media platforms unless requested that we don't.

Any cancellations must be made AT LEAST 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 20% CANCELLATION FEE.

Our detailing appointment times are estimated. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing service.
